Watch me be terrible at playing a non-canon Metal Gear Solid on Game Boy Color and screwing around while Sarah provides additional commentary to my nonsensical rambling!
I just finished Metal Gear Solid 4.
And what an amazing ride it has been.
I still remember how I had to track down a used copy of The Twin Snakes on GameCube so I could play it on my Wii, it was all the way across town at a GameStop almost hidden away. Then early this year, I bought a PS3 and the Metal Gear Solid HD Collection was one of the first games that I got for it. Despite hearing lots of bad things about it, I actually love and respect Metal Gear Solid 2, it’s just as great as the first MGS. And don’t get me started on MGS3, I did my best not to fall for the hype, but I have to admit it’s an absolute masterpiece.
I officially love the series very much and hold it near and dear to my heart.
I couldn’t be more satisfied with the ending, Hideo Kojima is a storytelling genius.
Now to wait for the Zone of the Enders HD Collection, then Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance…
